Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of your purchase. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched. We highly recommend you use this to track your package so you don't miss the delivery.

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address and a valid phone number at checkout. Please stay alert for calls from the delivery person. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a missed delivery, you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee of ₹80 to have it resent. There will be no refund for orders returned under these circumstances.

No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. The item you receive will be the exact same as shown in the pictures on our website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging your orders. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we can only offer a resolution if you provide a complete and unedited unboxing video.

Unboxing video requirements:

The video must start with the package still sealed and show the entire unboxing process without any cuts, edits, or trims.

This video is the only valid proof for any complaints about damaged or wrong items. Without it, your claim will be declined.
